ArgXP.com is an online advertising directory where adults of legal age independently hire space to promote their professional services as escorts, masseuses or adult content creators. These are our policies as a company: the principles that govern how we operate, what we accept and what we reject without exception.
1. What we are and what we are not
We are an advertising platform. Our activity is limited to hosting, displaying and maintaining the advertisements that each advertiser creates voluntarily and independently.
- We are not an agency, intermediaries, representatives or employers.
- We do not coordinate, organise, promote or take part in the meetings, services or transactions that advertisers agree with third parties.
- We do not receive commissions, royalties or percentages on advertisers' activity. Our only income comes from payment for the advertising space.
- We do not encourage anyone to take up these professions or to move to other provinces or jurisdictions.
2. Zero tolerance for minors
The presence of anyone under 18 on our platform —as an advertiser, in visual content or as a user— is absolutely prohibited.
- Every advertiser must prove they are of legal age with a valid ID document. No verification, no publication.
- Any suspicion or report of material linked to child sexual abuse is removed immediately, preserved and reported to the competent authorities.
- We comply with Law 26.061 (Comprehensive Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents), articles 128 and 129 of the Criminal Code and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (which has constitutional rank in Argentina).
3. Zero tolerance for human trafficking and exploitation
We absolutely reject any form of trafficking, exploitation, coercion or servitude.
- Every advertisement reflects a voluntary and independent activity. We do not host profiles managed by third parties who exert control over the advertiser.
- We comply with Law 26.842 (Prevention and Punishment of Human Trafficking), articles 145 bis and 145 ter of the Criminal Code and the Palermo Protocol (ratified by Argentina).
- We cooperate with the courts, law enforcement and the Executive Committee for the Fight against Trafficking when formally required to do so.
- Anyone in a trafficking situation, or anyone who detects one on our platform, can contact us through the channels in point 13 or call Line 145 (free, anonymous and nationwide).
4. Consent and digital violence
All published content must belong to the advertiser or have their express, freely given and verifiable consent.
- We do not publish images or videos of people without their consent.
- We immediately remove non-consensual intimate content upon receiving a verifiable report, in line with Law 27.736 (Olimpia Law) and Law 26.485 on Comprehensive Protection for Women.
- The victim always retains the right to request removal without having to give reasons and without delay.
5. Identity and age verification
Before publishing, every advertiser goes through a verification process that includes:
- A valid Argentine ID document or equivalent identity document.
- Visual comparison between the photographs to be published, a verification video and the identity document.
- Confirmation of legal age.
Important: verification guarantees that the person in the advertisement matches the individual who requested it. It does not guarantee the truthfulness of other details in the advertisement (stage name, availability, service description), nor that the same person will turn up to a meeting agreed with a third party.
6. Privacy and protection of personal data
We process personal data in accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and with the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
Anyone, whether an advertiser or a user, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating and erasure at any time by writing to our contact address.
- Removing an advertisement is immediate, free of charge and unconditional.
- We do not sell, rent out or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
- We keep data only for as long as is necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable regulations.
7. Intellectual property
We respect copyright, trademark and image rights in accordance with Law 11.723 on Intellectual Property and article 31 of the Civil and Commercial Code (right to one's own image). Complaints about improper use are handled by removing the content and notifying the advertiser.
8. Cybercrime and security
We apply the provisions of Law 26.388 on Cybercrime. We tolerate neither unauthorised access to systems, nor fraud, nor identity theft, nor the spread of malware on our platform. We report all suspicious activity to the courts.
9. Non-discrimination
We do not accept content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination on the grounds of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability or any other condition. We adhere to Law 23.592 (Discriminatory Acts) and Law 26.743 (Gender Identity).
10. Moderation and reports
Anyone —advertiser, user or third party— can report content they consider unlawful or contrary to these policies through the channels in point 13.
- Notifications are reviewed by real people within reasonable timeframes.
- Any removal decision can be appealed by the affected advertiser.
- In urgent cases (CSAM, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content) removal takes priority.
11. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with Argentine judicial, police and administrative authorities upon legitimate, well-founded and formally served requests (court orders, prosecutorial requests, AAIP orders, etc.). This cooperation is carried out with respect for due process and for the fundamental rights of data subjects.
12. Updates to these policies
We review these policies at least once a year or whenever a regulatory change warrants it. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
